Garden Stroganoff
Add wine (or water) and reserved broccoli and carrots. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and the remaining 1 tablespoon flour. Gradually add yogurt/cheese to hot mixture. Cook over medium heat until just heated through. Do not boil. Serve with rice or pasta.
