Parmesan Potatoes
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (or less) Lite Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium unpeeled potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oil, garlic, basil, paprika, Lite Salt, and pepper. Add potato slices and stir to coat. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Broil for 9 to 10 minutes until light brown. Turn potatoes over with a wide spatula. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Broil for another 2 to 4 minutes until potatoes are tender and browned. Serve warm.
