Low Fat Chocolate Milk

2 Grain, 3 Vegetable, 2 Fruit, 1.5 Dairy

Menu Tips

Top salad with low fat vinaigrette or poppy seed dressing.

Toss grapes with salad greens or serve on your plate with the lasagna.

Try making a smoothie for dessert. Combine milk or chocolate milk and banana in a blender. Freeze the banana beforehand to make the smoothie cool and thick.
