Grilled Chicken Dinner

Mixed Greens Salad with Orange Mint Dressing

2 tablespoons Orange Mint Dressing

Hearty French bread
1 slice

Grilled Chicken Breast
3 oz.

Baked Corn Casserole
1/6th casserole

Fruit Salad Topped with Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Fruit Salad
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt

Low or Nonfat Milk
1 cup

2 Grain, 2.5 Vegetable, 1.5 Fruit, 1.5 Dairy, 1 Meat

Menu Tips

Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray before grilling for flavor and to help it brown.

Season chicken with a sprinkle of salt-free herb or seasoning blend before grilling.

For fruit salad: combine a variety of fruits you have on-hand or simply grab a large piece of fruit.
