Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf
1 3-oz. slice

Parmesan Potatoes
1 cup

Green Beans
1/2 cups

Whole Wheat Dinner Roll
1 roll

Applesauce with Cinnamon
1 cup

Frozen Yogurt Sandwich
1/2 cup frozen yogurt between 2 graham crackers

2 Grain, 2-1/2 Vegetable, 2 Fruit, 1 Dairy, 1 Meat

Menu Tips

When meatloaf is done, move it to the bottom oven rack to stay warm. Broil Parmesan Potatoes. Watch both closely to avoid burning.
