Prawns and Beans Tuscan-Style
1-1/2 cup

Sliced Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Fresh Italian Bread
1 thick slice

Dried Fruit
1/2 cup (figs, apricots, dates, etc.)

2 Grain, 2 Vegetable, 2 Fruit, 1 Dairy, 2 Meat

Menu Tips

Alternate slices of garden-ripe tomatoes with sliced mozzarella cheese (fresh or part-skim). Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, top with chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper.

Try dried figs for desert to give your meal that truly Tuscan feel.
