Turkey-Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce

Tossed Green Salad with Mixed Dried Fruits
1 cup tossed green salad
1/4 cup mixed dried fruits

Low or Nonfat milk
1 cup

Mixed Fresh Fruit Salad
1/2 cup

2 Grain, 1.5 Vegetable, 2 Fruit, 2 Dairy, 0.5 Meat

Menu Tips

Top salad with a fat-free raspberry vinaigrette or poppy seed dressing.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese over the top of the spaghetti.
