Picnic On the Patio

Cindy's Potato Salad
1/2 cup

Grilled Garden Burger® on Whole Wheat Bun with all the trimmings
2 slices Low Fat Cheese
Lettuce Leaf
Tomato Slices
Red Onion Slices

Vegetarian Baked Beans
1/2 cup

Watermelon
1 cup

Low or Nonfat Milk

Menu Tips

Purchase Gardenburgers® in the frozen section of your grocery store, or substitute a 3 oz. Extra-lean ground round patty.

Spread your favorite mustard on the whole wheat bun. Try spicy, brown mustard for extra zip.

Baked beans and condiments (ketchup and pickles) can be very high in sodium. Enjoy these flavors, but watch the amounts you choose.
