Try enjoying the flavor of fresh bread "as is." ·Some of the recipes use high calcium dairy foods, while other menus rely on a glass of milk with dinner to meet dairy serving goals. To consistently get 3 servings of dairy products every day try pouring a glass of milk with meals or have a skinny latte with dessert.

·When no beverage is listed, choose a non-caloric beverage like: water (add a slice of fresh lemon), sparkling mineral water, diet ginger ale, tea and coffee. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer occasionally. ·Fruit and frozen yogurt is a great dessert choice to help you meet your DASH servings.
