Rosemary Salmon Barbeque

Sliced Cucumber and Tomato Salad
1-1/2 cup

Mrs. Plancich's Barbecued Salmon
3 oz.

Basmati or Brown Rice with Almonds
1 cup rice with 1/3 cup almonds

French or Italian Bread
1 slice (crusty)

Angel Food Cake with Sliced Peaches
1 cup peaches
1/12th slice Angel Food Cake

Low or Nonfat Milk
1 cup

DASH Servings

3 Grains, 3 Vegetables, 2 Fruit, 1 Dairy, 2 Meat

Menu Tips

For Salad, alternate slices of tomatoes and cucumbers and top with a low fat or fat free Italian dressing.
